We are a membership based clinic. There is no enrollment fee. All services not included in the membership fee are performed at or near wholesale cost.

Membership includes unlimited office visits and 24/7 access to your provider via text, email or phone support. *Please note that messages are screened for medical urgency and responded to in appropriate order.

We provide highly personalized care, at cost annual physicals, screenings, and labs as well as samples when available.  We even navigate patient assistance programs for you.

Monthly membership fees start at $55 for adults and $15 for kids.
